Norrington jerks the wig away, then scrubs furiously on the toe of Jack's boot. Jack walks away after a moment. He sneaks up behind Elizabeth, who's studying the Letters of Marque. Snatches right out of her hands.]
Elizabeth: How dare you!
Jack: These Letters of Marque are meant to go to me, are they not? [spies the signature on the bottom] ...Beckett.
Gibbs: Beckett?
Elizabeth: [to Gibbs] Yes, they're signed. [leans close to look at the letters] Lord Cutler Beckett of the East India Trading Company.
